HA Masters Committee are pleased to call for expressions of interest in official positions for the World Cup 2020 events featuring Masters Women. 
 

 
The Australian Women's Contingents commitment will be as follows:
·       Over 35s/40s England - arrival by 6pm 3 August, departure 18 August.
·       Over 45s-65s South Africa - arrival by 6pm 14 September, departure 30 September.

Requirements:
All officials will be required to agree to abide by the FIH Code of Conduct and the HA Code of Conduct (Team Officials & Event Officials), copies of which are attached.
 
All officials are self funded.  Teams will be selected in the following age divisions - Over 35s, Over 40s, Over 45s, Over 50s, Over 55s, Over 60s, Over 65s.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Teams (17 players including 2 x GKs) will be selected at the 2019 National Masters Championships to be held on the Gold Coast 26 September - 5 October 2019.

All Team officials are required to meet at the accommodation on the above dates and accommodation costs will include the night before departure day.
 
Pre-tournament training will be organised for all teams on the days prior to commencement of the tournament and all players and their team officials must be in attendance for all training sessions.  If selected in an Australian team, players and officials must be aware of their commitment to the required times as outlined.
 
Air travel arrangements to and from the World Cup are the responsibility of selected players and officials at their own expense.  All selected players and appointed officials will be required to stay at the accommodation booked by HAMC.  Suitable transport during the tournament will be organised.
 
Participation is at official's full expense.  Cost estimates for WC2020 are still being collated but to provide some cost indication the WC2018 tour of similar duration in Spain was $2,250 including accommodation, team transport, and any official dinners that may be arranged.
 
Uniform is an additional expense.  Uniforms will be the same as WC2018 and TTC2019.  Additional tournament specific items may be included in uniform requirements.
